I don’t know if it’s because I can relate. This indigenous author amazing, this little short book was amazing. I couldn’t put it down, and I cried, and I cried. I could feel the words that he wrote. But if you’re going into any kind of social work, I suggest that you read this.

Bought as a gift for my boyfriend.. So I haven’t personally read it. However, I received it within 2 days of ordering which I am very pleased with. The quality is very good and the book is in an excellent, beautiful condition.

I could not put this book down and I hate reading. What a truth filled, authentic, account of ones life story. Everyone who has been touched by an addiction will gain insight into their own life story thought this story. I recommend it to all who work in the field of addictions. For the mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters who are addicted or have a loved one that is addicted, this is a must read to enlightenment. Thank you Herb for sharing with rigerous honesty, love,and truth.
