I absolutely love this waist trainer/sweat train or whatever you wanna call it all I know is when I put that on and I do my 45 minute workout when I take it off I am pouring sweat off my stomach I have serious ABH definition and I am 35 years old and have three kids it’s starting to look like I never had any!!!!

When I got the belt per the size chart the info was a little misleading but I started using even thow it was to big the belt works good with or without the body cream the only down side is that the belt is not wide enough and it rolls up at the bottom....

Best sweat band I've ever had!
I use this sweat band every time I workout or cut my grass. It really makes me get in a great sweat. Covers my top and lower stomach. Easy to clean. Been using it for quite awhile. It's still in great condition.

It’s too big and keep folding up,very thin and uncomfortable
