No, it does not. These dolls are thinner and their arms are shorter. The clothes work well on a classic or petite Barbie though. The shoes do fit Ken.

When they are in the package the legs are crossed at the bottom and held together by an elastic. It can easily be taken off though. I don’t know anything about the Ken dolls so I can’t say if it’s the same. Hope this helps!
