works pretty good, caffeine will keep you going though
Works pretty good, read about aspirin being a better anti-inflammatory than ibuprophen, thought I would give it a try. These work pretty good ( I used 2 at a time twice a day for a week, allowed up to 8 a day). I have lots of pain through out my body and I try to use alternatives to prescription pain meds. The caffine will keep you moving a bit so cafefull about taking close to bed time. Overall these do seem to work pretty good. I would suggest trying 2 at a time 2X a day for starters then move up from there.

Great for back and joint pain
This is THE best pain reliever you can get OTC. I use it for joint and back pain and it is a lifesaver. They are ready to swallow as they have a slick coating.
