Pro: Cheap, Gets the job done, not difficult to put together if you have the right tools.Not really a con because I don’t care, but it scratches very easily. The finish on the rack scratches with every bench rack or squat racking that you do. Again, doesn’t bother me, it gets the job done.Cons: Not entirely sturdy. The rack is pretty light so if you rack some heavy weight from benching, the rack may sway. I place some dumbbells on the ends to keep it from moving. The end caps come off very easily. I need to buy some gorilla glue to keep them on.

I was a bit hesitant to buy this when i saw the max weight capacity is 300lb, but i’m extremely glad i did. You won’t find a better cage for this price. The assembly is easy and can be done alone, instruction diagrams are easy to follow and all the nuts & bolts are divided into packages according to what step you are on.The pullup bar is great, i have not tested the weight capacity yet but benching 225 is a breeze. Barely rattles, unless you’re slamming weights on it or doing kipping pullups.

Price good and sturdy enough bot not as solid as I would.like.

This is my 3rd squat rack. I have a heavy duty one that I cant move around and it wont fit in my new garage and shop so I keep it at my old place. My wife has hers, but I wanted one to put outside. I love working out outside at my old place where it is private and I can sun my buns as I squat as well as other exercises. And, as I said, my heavy rack is to big to move. I bought this one due to the price and the Multi grip overhead pull up bar. Putting it together was easy. It isn't as sturdy as my heavy rack but I expected that. Having said that, it will be perfect outside. I really like the pull up bar. I can squat close to 500. My first time using this rack I went to 365 reps and I was a little concerned if it could handle as much weight as I wanted. I checked the weight limits and they say 300. I think it will be fine. I plan to use medium weights for higher reps this summer anyhow. But benching, pull-ups etc...it is perfect. I am very happy with this purchase. I am glad I ordered early while they were still $239 and not sold out.

Picked up this rack for my basement gym, easy assembly and after using it a few times it works great for any lift i want. highly recommend!

I really like this cage. It is as sturdy as you can find for a cheaper rack. I weigh 250 and it holds me no problem. The different bar positions allow for a big variety of moves. Also, was super easy to assemble. My hat off to whoever designed it and the packaging! This really is a great buy!

Bought this at the beginning of quarantine because of all the gums flossing and it has worked great for me and my boyfriend. Have gotten a lot of use from it. We use it as a pull-up bar, squat rack, bench press and much more. Definitely recommend it.
