I am thrilled to bits with my purchase, the photos on the site whilst accurate do not compare to having this beast of a machine underneath you. I have read the reviews on here and had a few concerns. My previous machine had a wigwag control to operate direction and speed, this machine has a twist control and a switch to select direction. Within seconds I mastered it seamlessly, the other controls are superb and cleverly designed. I have not taken it on any long trips but daily drives have made me feel confident about its capabilitys. It looks are stunning an d it looks ready to race on a track with a real sporty appearance. The brakes are easy to operate and very effective if you are on a slope awaing for traffic to clear the parking brake is clever and easy to use. I am a chunky male 18 stone and doubt i would get 45 miles maximum range, however the battery charge indicator is very clear to read so if on a long journey I would easily see when I hit the half way mark and then return home. Trevor the technician that delivered the machine was very helpful and pleasant and gave an excellent demonstration of the machine and some helpful advice. The delivery was at least 4 days ahead of that stated when I ordered the machine so even more pleased.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Absolutely love this machine!!!! It's like riding my motorbike again as the controls are the same, it's so comfortable too as the suspension is amazing!!!! So glad I saved and got this rather than a generic mobility scooter. After having this scooter for 2years and only doing 138 miles, the hydrolic front brake system stopped working. I Contacted green power and they won't do anything to rectify the issue! My consumer rights states a product should perform the duty it was bought to do!!! But this scooter hasn't and can't. This scooter has been looked after and stored in a shed, still looks like new. They are not interested in helping at all. Do yourself a favour and buy a proper mobility scooter.

Well bits were missing and the speaker was hanging off where there wasn't a nut to keep it on a nut missing both sides of seat....the delivery man had no spares the seat was loose and it started making a scraping noise and just stopped working would not go so I told the nice driver I've paid alot of money for this scooter take it back. That was yesterday...I've heard nothing as to when it will be re delivered. Disappointing

I had to pay an extra £150 for delivery in a box as I am on a Scottish Island, I ordered extra parts, 4 solid tyres, the captain seat and a 1000w motor there was a delay of a month before it was sent out as Green Power was waiting for the solid wheels to arrive from China. When it did arrive it was all set up and ready to use after removal from the pallet, a good machine in my opinion very solid suspension, hydraulic disc brakes to the front and drum brakes on the rear I am sure the parking brake could have been better thought out, a bit of a footer and awkward if you have bad fingers, so far my only complaint.

The catch under the brake to turn it for safety to make it not move is stiff and hard to do and push pull ! Takes me ages to do it ! Hurts ur fingers
