It's only bronze rated.
I purchased it for use with my new electric bike. I run the chain through the sprocket, through the rear wheel and around the bike rack. It's only bronze rated so I like to be quick in the store. Eventually I will get a better rated bike lock, but this will work for now.

Elite lock. Public safety cut my chain but i could easily revive it by going to the next link in the lock. Great value.If i can leave my bike out in nyc for a week and get away w it, you can definitely trust it in other places.
