About this item
Selenium contributes to maintenance of normal hair and nails, normal function of the immune system, normal thyroid function and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Each tablet provides 27.5µg of Selenium - 50% NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) delivered with easily absorbable selenomethionine.
Directions: Children 4 to 13 years of age: one tablet daily, children from 14 years of age: two tablets daily. Place the tablet under the tongue to dissolve. Tablet can be also chewed. Designed for children of safe chewing age and older.
Sweetened with sorbitol and sucralose and flavoured with natural lemon flavour these tablets are 100% vegan and sugar free.

Slightly earthly flavour and contain sucralose. Most bioaccessible form of selenium

My child didn’t like the slightly earthly flavour. I may grind them up. They are the good form of selenium but the downside is the sucralose content.
