No it does not taste natural, has a bitter flavor.

Q: Can I get the ingredients list please? What exactly is in it? I avoid maltitol, allulose, erythritol and a lot of other popular "sugar-free" sweetener

I can't use most popular sweeteners either. This syrup is not available right now, and I wish it were. I LOVE it. The ingredients: Water, Natural Flavor, cellulose gum, lactic acid, monk fruit, xanthan gum.
