I previously received one of these for a little birthday gift to keep me busy and because everyone knows how I adore anything that sparkles. I put it aside for months and then decided to give it a try. The glue that came with the packaging had all dried up, so I put it away again while I searched for a glue that would be perfectly clear upon drying. I found a new, clear Gorilla glue that is just the ticket and started the project. It was SO much fun once I got into a rhythm. And when it was done, the sparkle was so intense I couldn't even believe it! I haven't hooked it all up as a nightlight yet, and I'm actually thinking about just hanging it in a sunny window as is, because when the sun hits it, it simply dazzles the eye and makes me crazy happy!! I ordered this one because I just HAD to do it again! I highly recommend giving this a try. It seems daunting at first because many of the jewels are so tiny and there are SO many tiny ones to glue on, but it's actually fun and relaxing and oh, so sparkly! What a treat!

The only thing I didn't care for is the frame. Very cheap pink plastic. It really takes away from the painting.

It was really fun to do. I gave it to my mother for her birthday. She loved it.

The completed painting is beautiful.To my I surprise, it arrived in a cute 6"x6"(?) box entitled "child,s wisdom at fingertips." What?Opened and pulled out a round plastic box with the usual gems and accessories...nothing too odd there.Surprise! the drawing was cardboard fitted inside a plastic insert (to go inside the box which contained 5 battery operated rice lights). Ordered by image and not by title!

I liked it all, except can you make them without the light. I use it for the middle of a wreath, and we don’t use the light. Thank you

I was expecting this to be really cute. It’s cardboard and plastic.

Cute concept. Turned out pretty. The design looks better with the lights off and the drills can reflect the natural light from the front. When the lights are on they really kind of drown out the design of the drills behind them. Still a cute little nightlight for my daughter's room.

Bought this as a gift for an adult who is into diamond painting. Thought it was odd you can’t see the packaging in the photos. Now I know why has child written all over it. Now I’m stuck with it and having to pay extra for another birthday present. No way I can gift this.

Was really disappointed as one of the main big red gems (Number 13) was missing so I had to improvise and fill the space with loads of tiny red gems instead. Such a shame because it’s a lovely product. It’s also good that you get spare gems with it as some of the gems were faulty and made wrong so not usable.
