Q: Where are these sleeves made, USA or China?

Polymer is American made and sleeves produced in Mexico, according to the tag.

Q: Are these outer sleeves the type that have a thin strip of adhesive for when you seal it, or does this not have that adhesive? Thanks in advance.

There is no adhesive or flap on these bags. They did not seal at all. I have been using bags like this for many years and have never had dust problems. I alway make sure that the opening on the inner record sleeve is facing the opposite direction as the opening of the outer sleeve. opening is facing the sealed back of the bag

Q: Are these helpful when shipping LPs?

These will help protect the jacket when in transit, as well as when they are in your house! We always ship out our records in a sleeve. :)
