In The Breeze Item #1052 - Butterfly Swarm 6-Panel Kinetic Hot Air Balloon Wind Spinners are made with durable polyester fabric that is stain, UV and weather resistant.
The brightly colored printed fabric is laminated onto plastic panels. The panels are supported with fiberglass which maintains the balloon shape.
The size is 12 inches wide by 16 inches high with a 26-inch curlie tail. A heavy duty ball bearing snap swivel is attached for easy hanging.
Hot air balloons ship flat and are easy to assemble. The balloon has been partially assembled with the bottom fiberglass spars already glued into the wooden basket's plastic core.
Each of the 6 panels is printed with a different graphic. When the Balloon spins, it appears that the graphic is in moving.

Not really fit for purpose
Not great, lasted for a very short time due to wind damage which couldn’t be repaired. Situated in a very sheltered, small compact garden and still sustained sufficient damage to make it unusable.Expensive mistake.
