Good suction nice iPhone interface a bit noisy at full power
Amazing vacuum it does a great job. I have it cleaning my entire house in the late morning and then doing the high traffic areas again in the evening. But full suction is quite noisy, but it picks up all the dirt! The self emptying is great. I switched out the bag every 35 to 45 days. I found a source for decent off-brand bags for about one or two dollars each. Filters, brushes, and other parts I buy original from the manufacturer who often runs specials and their prices are reasonable. Paired with Alexa, I can just tell Alexa “clean my house” or “stop cleaning” any off schedule cleaning required I’ve had this for over a year now and absolutely love it. The picture shows how it’s able to park itself even in a narrow space.

One of the best purchases I have ever made for my home.
I have had this Vacuum for years now and I couldn't be happier with the purchase, the value has been out of this world, I have definitely gotten my moneys worth or more . It does a great job collecting dust, cat hair, and other debris, and is very durable and reliable. The size is really nice, it is easy to store but big enough to pick up a lot of stuff. As a bonus it is way quieter than my upright, so much so my 2 cats don't even care about it. The app is easy to use and set up a schedule or clean on demand from anywhere. I want to upgrade my current model, nothing wrong with it but there are better models available now. Will 100% be buying another Eufy.

Herbie the Eufy robovac is doing a good job so far. Eufy won’t sell you replacement filters.
Edit Edit (7/28): I received a kit from Eufy today after they contacted me about not being able to secure replacement parts for the robot. The kit they sent me is part no. X002AO0L9P. They also sent the following part numbers you can try: filter:B07W6WF7BS kit: B07W5VZRRW side brush: B07CWSS5GZ rolling brush: B07CWRQK6M I’m guessing it takes the same parts as another robot and they just hadn’t updated the product listings yet and the person I first spoke to at Eufy didn’t know what they were talking about. Anyway revising my review up to the original 4/5 I gave it. The robot is still going strong and picks up a good amount of dust every day. I had planned to maybe reduce the frequency of the cleans but it is so unobtrusive I think we will just let it do it’s thing daily. It has got caught on an iPhone charging cable on 4 different days but the only way to solve that problem would be a divorce. Edit: I tried to buy replacement filters/brushes for the thing and they aren’t on their website. I contacted Eufy and they said “well it’s only been out a month”. Apparently the only way to know when they deem it appropriate to sell consumables is to check their website every week. Annoying, I want to buy some and forget about it. If your product is on sale then the consumables should be on sale, dropping to 3 stars until I find out they are available. Original Review: We’ve had the little fella for about 10 days now. It’s our first robot vacuum so don’t have anything to compare to but so far we are happy with our purchase. I paid for the promo code before release so did get the $120 off the price of the thing. I’m super lazy so it had a test ahead of it, but it’s done well so far and the whole house feels so much cleaner. I replaced the threshold from the kitchen in our home as it was too high for it to climb over, and it has got stuck in a couple of places. Our house is crowded with stuff so it has a lot to navigate around. Places it has been stuck: under my guitar amplifier, turns out the wheels are exactly the height of the vac so it has wedged in there; after getting wound up in a charging cable so be sure to keep all wires out of its path. I like that I get a notification on my phone if it is stuck so I know I have to deal with it. It does push up the lightest rug in our house but it just bunches it up and keeps going. It’s not a high traffic area so I’m not worried about tripping on the rug but for safety i’d be aware of rugs being pushed up. A heavier rug seems to be no problem for it, just bounces right up on top. I have been emptying the tray every day and after starting off almost full it has reduced down to a much smaller amount so it’s clear it has made a big difference in only 10 days. When I first saw the brushes it uses I was a bit skeptical expecting something a bit more robust, but it has picked up some things I wouldn’t have expected it to be able to. My wife’s long hair seems to get wound around things a bit so if you had a pet or a human in the house with long hair I imagine a more regular clean of the brushes would be a good plan. The little map it draws is pretty cool but I find sometimes the map freezes during the clean and will not resume. The light on the thing says it is still connected to WiFi and it can still be told to do things but the dot doesn’t move on the map. It doesn’t interfere with the scheduled clean and it still makes its way back to the base but it’s a bit annoying not to know exactly where it is when you are supposed to have that map. I was comfortable to buy an Anker product as I’d used their phone chargers and cables and I have a battery for my Nintendo they made and they have all been great products. When working in Germany I was evangelizing about their chargers and was told that their stuff is cheap and nasty. That’s not my experience at all, their products so far for me have been of good value and the one time I needed a replacement for a faulty phone charging cable they were swift to replace it.

Excellent Product, Game Changer or so I thought... Update one year later
Update to My eufy L60 Robot Vacuum Review (Originally Posted August 2024) I originally posted a glowing review of the eufy L60 in August 2024. At the time, I was genuinely thrilled with how quiet, efficient, and easy to use it was. It handled pet hair well, mapped my home quickly, and felt like a great value—especially with an Amazon coupon that brought the price under $300. But just over a month in—literally a day or two past the return window—the vacuum started having issues docking. It would spin in place trying to align with the charging base, fail repeatedly, and eventually run the battery completely dead. Once that happened, I learned something I wish I’d known from the start: if the battery is fully dead, the vacuum won’t charge, even when manually placed on the dock. There’s no charging port on the unit itself, and it can’t "wake up" to begin charging unless it already has some power. This essentially renders it non-functional if it ever fully dies. I reached out to eufy support, and they were helpful. Since I missed the Amazon return window by just a couple of days, they shipped me a refurbished replacement. That unit arrived with minor scuffs and even someone else’s debris inside, but I set it up anyway. Unfortunately, after a few days, the same docking issue occurred again. Support then sent me a replacement battery. Once I swapped in the new battery—which had a partial charge—the vacuum was able to dock and charge as expected. Problem solved… or so I thought. A week ago (July 2025), it happened again. The unit must’ve failed to dock while I wasn’t home, drained completely, and once again became unresponsive—even when manually docked. Swapping in the previously used battery (which still held a charge) immediately fixed the issue. This confirms the flaw: the eufy L60 cannot begin charging from a completely dead state. The only fix is to insert a charged battery, which is not a realistic or acceptable expectation for most users. Given this recurring issue and the lack of a basic design solution like a charging port or backup method, I can no longer recommend the eufy L60. It’s a great product when it works, but this glaring defect can turn it into a frustrating and useless brick with no warning. Unless future models address this flaw, I’d advise looking elsewhere. Review of My eufy L60 Robot Vacuum I’m thrilled with my eufy L60 Robot Vacuum—it’s been a game changer for keeping my home clean. One of the first things I noticed is how quiet it is, even on the highest setting. It’s far less intrusive than traditional vacuums, and I can barely hear it working from other rooms. Setting it up was a breeze. The instructions were clear, and I had it mapping my house in just a few minutes. The app is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making the whole process effortless. While the retail price is around $400, I snagged it for just under $300 with an Amazon coupon, which feels like a great deal. The eufy L60 maneuvers around my home with ease, even handling tight spaces and tricky spots with confidence. It only got stuck once on a USB cord, but it alerted me immediately, and I was able to resolve it quickly. The zone and room controls are a fantastic feature. I can now schedule cleaning for specific rooms or high-traffic areas, which wasn’t an option with my previous robot vacuum. This has made a big difference in how I manage cleaning tasks. Handling pet hair is another area where the eufy L60 shines. I have dogs that shed quite a bit, and this vacuum tackles the hair without any issues. Maintenance is mostly automated, but I do need to perform a bit of hands-on cleaning every few days. This involves tipping the vacuum over, removing any loose strings or debris from the brushes, and then setting it back upright and pressing continue. It takes about 45 minutes to clean an area that would take me 10-15 minutes with a traditional vacuum. But honestly, the time it takes is worth it for the freedom to do other things while the vacuum works. Plus, its stylish and sleek design blends well with my home décor without standing out. I’m also interested in trying the new eufy X10 Pro Omni, which offers mopping and many more features. However, at $800, it’s a bit out of my budget right now. I’m working towards getting one so I can test it out and see how it compares. Overall, the eufy L60 Robot Vacuum has been an excellent investment, offering convenience and performance that has made my home cleaner with minimal effort.

Bought it on Black Friday sale back in 2022 so I literally had it for a year by now. It is on sale for the same price as last year so if you are thinking to buy one, go get it. For a year of ownership I am confidence to say that this little thing is peobably the most bang of the buck robovac on market today. It is slim so will likely go under your couch or bed stuck free (I don't have open bottom furniture so I guess maybe?). Suction power is good enough for normal household cleaning (I live alone and have no pets so really not much to clean with). Battery life last about 800-1000 sqft area with normal suction power setting (remember it does not go through the area as no returning, it covers the area at least 2-3 times each cleaning job). Accessories and consumable parts are easy to find here on amazon, OE or aftermarket, not too expensive either (for the price, compitability and life span of parts, I just go with OE). Alexa and APP control is a big bonus, especially when I already bought it for saving cleaning time, it just not make sense to manually turn it on each time like some cheaper entry level substitutes, when I want to be lazy, I want to be as lazy as I can. Taking about lazy, it holds enough debrie for weekday regular cleaning jobs, I only need to clean it once every weekend, and I don't even bother to carefully clean the filter and dirt box, my old Dyson handheld vacuum now is the cleaner for cleaner, yes, I vacuum the vacuum. Now here are some tips for robovac owners or prospective owners. Organize your home for robovac, don't leave loose cords, socks, cloth, or any large garbage on the ground, it is not that smart and will get stuck. Consider this as a mandatory rutine to push yourself being organizing, it helps, both yourself and the robovac. Leave enough room around charger and put it somewhere open to access, robovac sometimes may get confuse to find the base to return. Leave suction power on max setting and don't use it when somebody around home, it is noisy, just let it work alone, "quietly". It needs more than just empty the dirt box, not much, but some, follow the manual and it will just do fine. Overall I love it, it really saves me big time, and most important, come home after long day of work with the clean floor to welcome, cannot be more appreciate than that.

This cute little clueless robot does a lovely job in cleaning. It's also super convenient to empty out and clean. Sadly it's quite a dumb little thing and blindly goes around the floor, often missing spots and it loves to eat wires. It's also not the brightest in returning to the charging station, it seems to follow a path of displacement and will try to go through walls for hours before giving up and running out of battery. In terms of docking itself, you really need to stick the charging station to the wall or floor, or else it will try to hump the charging station and completely shift it around and never manage to dock. Altogether though honestly, I think that little bit of effort is totally acceptable on our part to input given how conveniently it picks up (A LOT) of dirt, hair, and lint as frequently as you want it to. It's super pricey on amazon Canada compared to ordering on eufy website even after conversion rate (does not deliver to Canada from eufy website) but having no other option, it's alright I guess. Overall I wouldn't say it's worth $450 (including tax), much more worthwhile for USA consumers who are only paying $300 (CAD). but if you're ultra lazy like me and only vacuum once every 3 weeks, it's quite worthwhile to sit on the couch and control this thing with a remote to clean your house. It is now only $320 on the Canadian Amazon!! It's super worth this price in my opinion, and Amazon was absolutely amazing with me on exchanging the product for the new price. Changing my review on this one to 5/5!!

The robot thoroughly sucks up the tiniest dust particles, which makes mopping post that super easy! I use it twice/thrice a week based on how much dusty the floors are. 30 mins in hall and 10 mins per bedroom is usually sufficient. The various modes are also very useful. Tip - clean the robot dust panel, rotating brush etc at least once each week. It is very easy to clean and would ensure that your robo is more effective.
