is this prop for electric motors?

It will work fine with an electric motor. You must have enough power to drive it at a reasonable speed or your motor will overheat due to lack of adequate cooling air.  This applies to a fuel powered engine as well.

facing the engine what is the rotation of the prop ( right or left) thanks

Honestly never paid any attention to that aspect. Just make sure that the rotation is forcing air to the rear. This prop is one of a pair of counter rotating props and I believe it rotates in the opposite direction of a normal (tractor) prop,  which if you were facing the engine would be right to left. Not certain, so wait to see if you get an answer from a person more confident than myself.
