Great support!
I had a few issues getting the box to work properly with iNavx: getting the box to work in an infrastructure environment and to have Class A AIS boat names displayed. Matt and Kevin worked with me over the weekend, while I was sailing, sent me code updates and we got the box working perfectly. Highly recommended!

Tech support lacking
I purchased the DMK box not long ago and I had a lot of problems installing it. I even had an electronics genius try for a whole day, but with no success. The box was transmitting all kinds of info, but the iPad was not receiving anything. It just refused to connect. Unfortunately, DMK has very little support on their website and when you are sailing in remote parts of the world, you can't rely on expensive roaming phone call charges to solve your problems.
