I can't believe I lived so long without it. As with any natural fiber filled heating pad, it will have to be reheated eventually but hold the heat well. I dot mind the smell of the heated grains, and I prefer this material to using something plastic or synthetic. Great for back and shoulder stiffness.I haven't tried using this cold, as I purchased it to be used hot.

It works wonderfully. It doesnt have the herb smell like others i purchased so just note that when buying.

A friend of mine had this and when I saw it, I said OMG I must have it. I ordered it and I’m so pleased. Just put it around your neck after you warm it in the microwave and it takes all the pressure off your neck and back. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase this.

I had one of these in the early 2000s when I was a kid growing up in Ontario, I just got rid of mine a few years ago, probably because it lived in my freezer when I wasn’t using it. Now I’m living back in the United States and I was hard pressed to find a replacement. It had to be a “magic bag” because nothing can compare… and then I remembered: AMAZON!! I cannot stress how much I love this thing. Buy one now… actually, buy a few of them!!! Go! Now! Buy!

Like the size and how it covers upper back and shoulders. Wish it would stay colder longer, but it is therapeutic.

Bought one of these several years back and was always impressed with how well it held heat. Picked up another recently and that thing loses heat wayyyyy faster than the previous one I have. Wouldn't buy this again based on recent experience. Product quality probably gone downhill to save money.
