Swapped from Nizoral to this. It works great but "fragrance free" is a lie. It's somewhere between paste and an inflatable pool toy. Still, it really isn't that bad smelling and the benefit on my skin is beyond worth it.

It is what my doctor recommended and it seems to work on cleaning my scalp. It smells a little medicinal but effective.

Works great with my scalp folictitus, a little pricy but really works.

Very good product for scalp issues. The smell is ‘odd’ but doesn’t remain in the hair when rinsed. It is worth the money.

Update: Since stopping use, my folliculitus has gotten worse. So while it did not eliminate it, it did reduce it, and any relief is better than no relief, so I am upping my score from one star to three stars.Original: As a shampoo, it was fine. But my itchy scalp with "pimples" that has been diagnosed as folliculitis was not reduced at all by this shampoo. I used it for >30 days. Each morning I shampoo'd twice. Once to clean my hair, then a second time after which I would cover it with a shower cap and let it penetrate for another ~5 minutes while I washed and shaved. I then would remove the cap and rinse. I did this for 6 days on, then one day off for more than a month. Unfortunately, the product didn't work for me and I had no relief. However, that doesn't mean the product is bad or won't work for you. Of course, if you simply want an expensive shampoo, then it is great!

This shampoo smells disgusting! It smells like straight up chemicals and made my hair smell for two days even though I washed it with different shampoo after and the next day and my whole bathroom smelt the same way. It was also incredibly expensive and what a waste of money now that I will not be using it again
