Q: Do you need 2 sd memory cards for each camera or does the front camera store all data with one sd card?

Many thanks for your asking. The dual dash cam only need one SD card, the front and rear data will store in one card. As we tested, many cards of sandisk and transend may not stable enough that will be worn out quickly for loop HD video recording, and we recommend samsung evo.（Note: Samsung Micro SD cards would only be made in either Korea or the Philippians. Please be sure to buy a genuine samsung evo card.）

Q: How do I connect this to a powerbank for parking mode? Does it have a usb for a power bank or do I need to buy an adapter to the power bank?

The unit comes with the DC adapter to Mini-USB. It also comes with a USB-A to Mini-USB cable. The 2nd cable is a normal USB that can be plugged into a power bank, if you choose that method. It isn't very long though (3ft?). I'd recommend just picking up a longer Mini-USB (camera side) to USB-A (power bank side) cable depending where you put the bank.

Q: How are video files transferred from the camera to a computer, smart phone, tablet or cloud drive?

Many thanks for your asking. To transfer the video to the pc, there are two methods. First, you can take out the card and read its memory using card reader. Second, you can connect the camera(the USB port on the camera body instead of on the mount) to your computer via mini USB cable. Then the screen would show ‘mass storage’/ USB connecting..., and you can read the card’s memory on your computer.

Q: Will the front and rear cameras simultaneously record video in parking mode?

Many thanks for your asking. In parking mode, once the front camera detects motion in front of the vehicle , the front and rear camera will simultaneously capture video. To use the parking mode, please use an power bank to connect the dash cam, also you can buy a Hardwire Kit to connect the dash cam to your car battery directly since its a capacitor dash cam.
