I have a shorter neck so the 2” size was perfect for me as I healed from my fractured vertebrae and sternum from a nasty fall down the stairs. It took 12 weeks before I got a clean bill of health. In the meantime this 2” made all the difference in the world for alleviating pain and sleeping and thus healing. The hospital gave me a 3” made of hard material and it was very painful. This 2” is GREAT re its width and thickness and easy to use. I even ordered a second 2” size while washing the other. The doctors were fine with it!!! Very thankful I found this on Amazon. Price was great and shipping prompt. Every once in awhile now when my neck aches I put it back on and the pain does subside. Wont be without it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!! Liked this support better than any other. Firm enough to relieve neck strain pain. Yet soft enough so its comfortable. You can adjust for max support, if your just watching TV. Yet loosen a little for driving etc, so its cushions. But doesn't hurt if you forget its on and move your neck.Works as a training aid to help me remember to move eyes, instead of head when possible.Definately, recommend.

My neck is short and most foam neck braces are too tall for me. This on comes in sizes and the small works for me. I like the contour shape in front.

This would be more suitable for a child than an adult

I bought this soft cervical collar aka neck brace in 2021. Due to a medical condition I get whiplash and concussion easily as a passenger in a car and wondered if a soft neck brace might might help. I bought this product and a different one at the same time, with very low expectations. The other one had a different style, long velcro strap I didn't like and wasn't as comfortable to wear, but this one is reasonably comfortable and provides excellent support. I've worn it every time I'm a passenger in a car for four years without getting another concussion, and now it's wearing out. I'm pleased to find I can get a replacement.

I was having trouble with neck strain and TMJ and this seems to help my neck to rest when I’m doing things around the house or sitting there watching TV.
