Q: How many mg. of ascorbic acid & how many mg. of whole food vitamin C are in each capsule?

They are not capsules they are tablets. ascorbic acid with organic oranges - 400 mg; nourishing food and herb blend - 225 mg; fruit phenolic blend 50 mg (from organic fruits).

Q: Is Innate going to stop putting Ascorbic Acid in these vitamins?

The ascorbic acid is an isolate derived from non-GMO corn. It is included alongside organic oranges for greater potency in a form that promotes easy absorption.

Q: Does anyone know if the fruits and vegetables are non GMO? The organic ingredients are supposed to be but what about the non organic items?
