Sleek look, high quality, easy assembly.
I ordered this croquet set for an antiquated, costumed, tea party I was hosting. This set made the cut over others simply because shipping was going to be so fast. However, immediately upon arrival, I was very thankful for my choice. I love the look of this set, I think it's much more sleek and interesting looking in person. They are taller, sturdier, a little heavier, and thicker than the croquet set that I had previous played with (a friend's set, which I also liked.) That being said, when everything is in the carrying bag, it is not overwhelming to carry around. I was impressed by how easy it was to assemble and dissemble! If I were to be very nitpicky and find something to complain about (which I always will ;P), it would be that the bag itself is kind of flimsy (but has not broken or anything! It is absolutely fine.), and that I wish the balls were darker in color. (the balls seem to not super match the beautiful darkwood pieces) But honestly, I never leave reviews and I was SUPER impressed by this set. If anything changes, I'll update this review!

I had a crochet set of the same quality growing up
I had one of these when I was a kid and wanted to get one for my kids to play with. It literally feels the same as the one I had when I was a kid. I absolutely was surprised. When I was a kid the set my dad got costed over $100. This was much cheaper and the same quality. I'm not sure if there is a regulation or something that keeps them with specific materials or anything but honestly I have been impressed. The balls are the same weight the material feels great. I would recommend this to anyone looking to add another yard game into their collection.

Decent croquet set
This Ropoda 6 person croquet set is a lightweight set. It looks pretty good for an inexpensive set. My only complaint is that the mallets won't fit back in th_e bag assembled. You'd have to break them down each time in order to fit. I think it would be much better if they did fit back in without being disassembled. But overall the set has everything you need to play (including instructions), is functional, and pretty nice looking. Be careful not to over-tighten the mallet heads because the wood will split. I just stored it with the mallets assembled and sticking out of the bag a little. The balls are slightly lighter than standard regulation balls. You get 6 colors for the 6 players. I haven't had an issues and overall think it's a good cheaper set. I hope my review and photos have been helpful to you. Thanks for reading.

A good family fun set
We play croquet maybe once a year. This set is perfect for casual players. The wood was solid, the balls a nice polymer I believe, good wickets. I love that it comes in a zip bag for storage and mobility. The dark wood stain is a nice bonus. If your going for family fun on a budget these are perfect. If you're looking for a professional set you will want to keep looking. I would purchase again.

Great quality for price.
Works great for a fun family game. It’s not the most high quality but it’s better quality than I expected for the price. We have played it several times. It’s been a hit!

Uh, No
Well, for one thing, I paid full price ($59.99) and now it's half off ($29.99)! Burn! This set IS NOT worth the $60 price I paid. Maybe worth $30 but personally, I'd spend for a good quality croquet set next time. My biggest gripe is the balls are plastic and about the size of a baseball. The mallets are sized to match the balls. True croquet balls are bigger. - easier to hit and don't tumble like a golf ball all over the yard. Not easy to put your foot on one to smack an opponent's ball because they are so small. This set is cheaply made and I paid too much. Save your money and buy a really nice quality croquet set that has mallets and balls sized properly.

Great croquet set for the price
I have always loved croquet but my old set was beat up and broken. I bought this for our outdoor Corona Virus Thanksgiving. It was a great hit and the kids had fun. We didn’t end up with any chipped or broken balls or mallets like I usually do with most sets. The mallet handles were long enough for my 6 foot boys to use which was a plus as well.

Love the look
I love the look of my set! Great dark wood color, longer handles. My only complaint is one of the mallet heads has a small crack where the handle screws in. We haven't used it yet since we couldn't use it on the day of our party cause the Post Office didn't deliver it on time. Hoping it doesn't split anymore after using it!
