I have suffered from severe headaches and migraines for years. An average week I get 4 or 5, and they range from a constant ache to crippling pain. I also have issues with carpal tunnel in my wrists. A friend of mine suggested this and I had never heard of it. The white balm, without fail, has stopped partially or completely every headache I've had for months. And it doesn't take much. The red balm has helped soothe the pain in my wrists, and it does so without forcing me to stop working. I now have 2 sets, one for my work bag and one for home. Highly recommend for basically everything!!

Didn’t feel much heat with either color. Maybe old? A knock-off or formula change? Won’t order again. I can’t have a failing product when I’m in a bout of backp problems.

I’ve been using tiger balm since college after games. It’s always worked. I recommend getting both the red and white. White helps my sinuses and headaches and red helps my muscles.

Tiger Balm is excellent for arthritis pain. Right now I’m using it for sprained ankle and it helps a lot.

Seriously much cheaper than any of the UK suppliers although it took weeks to arrive (within the estimated time though) it is well worth the wait.As well as headaches and muscle strains this stuff is also good as a chest rub when colds and coughs plague the family. It is also brilliant for treating insect bites. Takes the itch away in minutes and keeps it away.This seems easier to apply than the pots I can buy here. Seems to me to be a bit more oily which makes it far easier to apply.

I use tiger balm for my migraines - I rub it all over my forehead, the back of my neck, above my ears, between my eyes and on as much of my scalp as I can.I also rub it on my shoulders when I have pain here, as this provides relief.This is the cheapest I have found tiger balm on the internet, absolutely fantastic value.By getting both the red and white you can choose which strength to use; the white is made specifically for headaches and the red is stronger, made for sore muscles.

excellent, great fast delivery, red one is stronger , says it helps flatulence also, don't know how or where you would put it on to help that ! only tried the red one till now, used on my chest and nose to help me breath more easily after a flu bug, really works and was impressed by this balm.

£23.99 for these two jars. I paid this amount because someone posted in the reviews a picture of the ingredients stating it contained 25% Camphor. It doesn't !! Mine arrived and it was the 11% Camphor hats that I can get in many places for £5. Complained to Amazon as this is NOT a £23.99 product.
