Pleasant taste
This is my 2nd Order of this Product. I mainly use it for my Detox Smoothie.Very important to let it soak for 10 minutes. I didn't do that the first time and it wasn't pleasant.It's also very nice to put on a Salad.

Seaweed? Who knew!
I saw this being used on a recent episode of“The Hairy bikers” I had never heard of it before but liked the sound of it. I bought some and will definitely use again. It’s lovely deep red colour and umami/ salty taste adds a nice twist to salads and veg dishes.
