I can't understand you very well, but the max current is 15A

Q: Will this push about 20 lbs? Looking to do a slow tugboat type of setup. Also, what battery and esc's do you suggest for this?

This one can't push about 20lbs, max thrust is 2.4kg, can use 3-6S lipo battery, if you want to push about 20lbs/9kg, we have the larger one.

Q: Does this do clock-wise and counter clock-wise rotation? Need it for vertical thrust to minimum 25ft depth.

The propeller does Clock-wise (CW) and Counter Clock-wise (CCW) rotation
