Q: How much does it lower the transfer case

It doesn't lower it an you can't use spacers because your control arms are bolted to the skid plate. You have to run a slip yoke elemator

Q: Will this work with a 3 inch lift?

yes it will but it is spending money for no reason. The benefits come when you have 6-8 inch and need a lot of flex and big tires 35-38s

Q: Will this be ok with the lift being 7.5

If you have that lift now you need long arms, they give my jeep way more articulation than the short arms, plus it was very easy to install. I am very happy with this product
