Great Asset in the Kitchen
I bought this food processor in June 2020 through the cloudtail seller and have been using it regularly in my kitchen. The food processor is a great asset to have in the kitchen as it makes it easier to shred, chop, slice & grind vegetables as well as herbs and masala. The jar is useful to make smoothies and milkshakes. I like how the same main machine can be used as a food processor as well as attach the jar for other purpose. Therefore saves space in our kitchens. It comes with a UK kind of Plug. But I was able to buy a multi purpose plug attachment from the local electric store and fits easily in the Indian Plug Points. ( Picture attached)After purchasing the product I called up Orient Electric ( distributors of Kenwood In India) for a demo. The person came within 48hours and demonstrated how to use the product.Overall a great product and I am a happy customer

Please Don't Buy
Me & 2 other friends of mine purchased this product. All us faced the same problem as the Multi-mill rubber ring gets broken every two months, without ring you cannot process in liquid in the food processor. This ring the company claims is not covered under the warranty. The cost of the ring is 3 pieces are for Rs.1700/- i.e. roughly 10% of your product cost. You have spend every two month. This ring not available in local market. I regret I have purchased this product. I strongly recommend not to buy this product.

Avoid this trash can
Terrible product. Comes with wrong socket in India. Avoid buying this trash can.

Good product. Compact
Good product. Liquidises beautifully. The chopper gives even-sized bits unlike my earlier food processor. The problem I have is with the detachable drive shaft. I have to remember that it is not fixed in its place. If I’m not careful, it falls off when I lift the processor bowl from the power unit. I wish there was a way of locking the shaft in place.

Kenwood
One of my best kitchen gadgets , great price at the time of buying a lot of the attactments you dont tend to use , I only use about 3 on a regular basis, its comes with a basic recipe book which is handy , I use mine mostly for chopping up bulk loads of onions when making chutney, or giving homemade baileys a good wizz up - also fab for making up batches of pastry , especially over christmas for mincepies etc - also fab for grating up bulk lots of cheese for the freezer to take out and use for cooking - this is one gadget I would have to replace ,. if I ever needed to along with my Actifry - I had another kenwood when I first got married in 89 still used the hand mixer part of it up until a couple of years ago gave up mid mix of a cake :( RIP Mr Kenwood

Kenwood Food Processor
I'd been thinking about getting a food processor for quite a while and after reading lots of reviews on various models I decided to give this model a go. 2 weeks after placing the order the processor hadnt arrived so I contacted Amazon and they sent out a FOC replacement, which I received a few days later. In defence of the delivery service it was originally ordered in Dec 2010 when we had the really bad snowy weather and I know it did interfere with lots of deliveries so I wouldnt mark it down for that (the orig order did eventually arrive later in January which I then returned). I've now been using the processor for 5 months and I love it! I use it all the time for making cakes/bread, grating & chopping veg etc., and cant remember how I coped without one. Other reviewers have commented on the annoyance of the centre spindle falling out, however I really dont find this much of a problem. You just need to be careful when you lift the bowl off and it usually stays in place. I agree with others regarding the graters leaving a few larger lumps, but there are only a few and I just pick them out (compared with having to manually grate veg this really isnt a problem). I did find the whisks a little flimsy and one has broken after trying to whisk a slightly stiffer mixture, so would only recommend using the whisks for very runny/liquid mixture. Overall this processor is very good value for money and as with all the Kenwood products I've used in the past, I would definitely recommend it. (PS If you are short of space, make sure you have enough room in your cupboards for all of the attachments!)

Excellent value
This item is highly recommended as being easy to assemble and to use, versatile, easy to clean and having a huge selection of attachments and additions, and all at a reasonable price. The only possible drawback might be the need for quite a large cupboard in which to store everything - mine has to live on top of a kitchen cupboard as I haven't got room to stash it all away. However, if that's the price you have to pay for a gadget of great versatility I really don't mind and I'm extremely pleased with it as it makes my life a lot easier and speeds up all kinds of food preparation!

Wish I'd bought something else!
I had a Braun Multipractic for nearly 40 years and it only let me down when I couldn't find the plunger to push down the veg for shredding and decided to use a rolling pin! Needless to say I pushed too hard and broke the spindle and couldn't get another. Tried everywhere. Since I then couldn't use the discs I decided it was time to get a new food processor anyway. (Please don't write in offering me a Braun Multipractic spindle as I've now thrown the old one away......)I've only used my new Kenwood FP 730 1,000w Multi Pro twice - both times for shredding veg, and it whirrs as if the motor is about to fail on me and the discs are so much smaller than the bowl that the veg doesn't get shredded, but is chunked and falls through the gap at the edges. On the whole I can't believe it will last me 4 years - let alone 40 years - but I'd like to be proven wrong. I'll perservere but wish I'd bought another Braun.

an expensive mistake
I had a cheap food processor for years which worked fine and then it broke.I read the reviews and got this one. Expensive mistake. I agree with the other poor reviews:1. It has too many bits and pieces that take up space and you don't use them.2. There are two different spindles, one for food processor one for blender jug, and the spindle falls out of the bowl when you try to empty the container.3. It is difficult to get the bowl locked onto the base and the lid locked onto the bowl - it is not easy to see how it fits.4. Worse of all, the blades don't reach to the side of the bowl and don't blend things very finely so instead of being a smooth pale green, my sauce had coarsely chopped coriander leaves floating in it. Small amounts are just splattered over the sides where they stick beyond the reach of the blades.I have found a simple blender in Lidl that seems to puree much more smoothly, and has just two parts and a lid to fit together. Simple. I'll either sell this for something (if I can)or freecycle it.
