Q: I made this mix as instructed with eggs & butter but others used heavy cream & water? Has the mix changed?

The new mix is awful and the online instructions said heavy cream and water I think to give the impression that it was the old recipe. I made the new recipe both ways. Neither was edible.

Q: Does anyone know how to break down the recipes directions into making 2 biscuits at a time versus all 10 at a time?

Well, this will sound simple minded, but I would weigh the contents, figure out how much is 1/5, weigh out that and mix it with 1/5 of the water, and voila, enough dough for two biscuits. What I actually do though is make all 10 (usually I make 12 out of one package) and use some and freeze the rest. They heat up beautifully in the oven.

Q: Can i use heavy whipping cream with this recipe when i am making these biscuits. and should i add water the packet just add heavy cream.

The mix calls for both heavy cream and water. I’ve only made them as directed and they came out great. If you are looking for more fat try MCT. Hope this helped.

Q: Is the almond flour used for these blanched?

I have the package here with me. It does not say if it is or not.
