Follow directions for peeling off strip. Use after brushing your teeth. I recommend this product for high-quality and value for the money.

The product is great, it’s a gift for my Mom. But the box was completely smashed from mailing. That was disappointing since it’s a gift.

the best. however if you have sensitive gums like me, you cannot leave them on too long because it burns lol.

I purchased these to use after I got my braces removed and they really did the trick. I thought I would have to use these for a very long time to see a difference and after only three days, I could see a very big difference in the whitening of my teeth. The only thing I don't like is the peroxide taste however, it will not stop me from using the strips. I will be a customer for life

I was using these for 30mins every night but didn't notice much whitening going on nor tooth sensitivity. One day I accidentally fell asleep with the strips on and woke up with significantly whiter teeth and unbearable tooth sensitivity. It was clear that previously i wasn’t using them long enough for them to have much effect so ill be using them for an hour every night now. I don't recommend sleeping with them because of the tooth sensitivity and the choking hazard
