Great product....a little difficult to work with but the results are worth the effort...stays pliable indefinately!

It never dries
Extremely hard to work with. It never dries on its own. Had to apply in small layers and use a heat gun between layers. After the first rain it cracked right over the seem and leaked. Complete waste of time. Do NOT buy this junk. It is not even deserving of a one star rating.

Product old or cured. Won't come out of caulk tube
I waited over a month for this product and when it finally arrived, it will barely come out of the tube and is semi-cured.

Very difficult to apply. I had to go back and smooth out my application after it had dried a while. It may make a good seal, but not easy to use.

Bought to fix leaking eves trough, applied to clean dry area in summer, did not work, not even close, cleaned up area and redone, still no good.
