Kind of started falling apart but stays in wrist. Its super hard to get on alone

I had bought the necklace months back, and I loved it so much, I wanted the bracelet for Christmas. I noticed it had some rough places on each side of the clasp, and it would catch on my clothing. 2 days later a link ripped open. I wear the necklace 24/7 with not one issue, but was highly disappointed with the bracelet.

clasp came broken sadly, hopefully i can fix it.
