BMW 82111470411 Windshield UV Sunshade for E46 3 Series/M3

This sunshade is definitely a custom fit for an E46. It's about 3/16" thick foam core with reflective material on the front and dark grey on the back. It does a fantastic job of reflecting heat, it folds up nicely, and the bag is nicely fitted. You can't be too careless with it, though. It's rigid. It's not something you can smash up in the backseat of your car. It has to be folded carefully and not smashed. The foam core will dent or permanently crease if mistreated.Many won't mind, but I would rather not have BMW emblazoned across my windshield. People know what kind of car it is, and I'm not keen on advertising it any further.

As described

This has a very TIGHT fit on my 2002 330ci, so it’s pretty difficult to get it in correctly. There is also about a 5 inch gap on the top corners between it and the top of my windshield which isn’t that big of a deal I guess since I can just put my visors down. It does what it’s meant to do by keeping the cabin nice and dark.

Fits perfectly in my e46 (2005 325i) windshield. Holds up without having to use my visors. Its pretty sturdy and thick unlike the typical sun shades. The only con is the price in my opinion. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase and I recommend this item to others. Just price check around before committing if you can.

I have a 2002 Bmw E46 M3 Coupe and this fits like a glove ! Highly recommended to any E46 M3 Coupe or Convertible owner as a definite fit !

Kind of expensive but fits real tight and fits better than my old one (which I got at the dealer). I only realize how much more this new one actually covers the whole dash board from glass to glass.

I ordered this particular sunshade because I wanted one that fit my style of BMW. While it fits my automobile, feel that I paid for the BMW logo as it is rather cheap. I doubt it will last for more than one summer and at the price I paid - wasn't worth it. UPDATE 2012 - this has been a good sunshade as I am still using it. My first review was inaccurate and based on my initial perception.

The shade says its for e46 and its too wide and tall. I have one of these for my e30 and that one fits great. This one for my e46 not so much
