Works for Total Body Works 5000
This instructional video was made for the Total Gym, but actually works pretty well for the Weider Total Body Works 5000 which I bought over a year ago from Amazon. The video shows 7 core work out moves(also includes some advanced methods). The only one I can't do is the shoulder press, as the 5000 doesn't have the lower bar above the foot pad. The SMART Training emphasizes doing the movements very slowly. I'm amazed at how well that works. I was looking for something affordable and better than the movement chart that came with the machine. This fits the bill and was worth the money.

Really is a SMaRT way to train
Have many TG videos but this is one of my favorites. Takes little time to do; you feel the difference; and results show up quickly. I also purchased the book which is an easy/fast read and explains a lot with enhancing information. Makes so much sense. Enjoy!

This here looks easy, my recommendation is to go easy, this does work! I was sore after starting but got ripped in short time.

Not the great looking guy on the cover
I am 65, but in shape.however, I don't want to see another guy my age with dyed hair going through the exercises.the exercises are instructive from what I was able to watch gramps go through, but cut it off. I will have to give another try.

not what I expected
needed more infor on the details of what was on the DVD.was expecting some totally different.when I brought the total gym I recieve a dvd with many of the same exercises.

Work out was a repeat of what came with gym. Thought it would be a better video than what came with gym.
