Q: I got an Australian flag was that part of the mix or an accident?

Every batch is different. It's potluck . No way of knowing what is in any order,until you receive it . I get these for my 15 year old son. Part of the fun is discovering what came in the new batch . He researches them on the internet . I would like to imagine that the Australian flag is somehow related to one of the Olympic games or someone's travels .

Q: Were these made in the soviet union or are they replicas?

Soviet Era pins, mostly from the Eastern Bloc nations. The batch I got was garbage, rusted, bent and lots of duplicates. It's not a scam, but it's close.
