Super comfy and light
On Running cloud shoes fit well, very light, extremely comfortable - I now have 4 pairs. Perfect for running or the gym. And Beggs Shoes (the seller) are a great British company to buy from with excellent customer service.

Terrible customer service
After spending a good chunk of money on something that is described as a running trainer, you would imagine they can withstand quite a few miles of decent running - yes? Well no I actually didn’t even get to run in them!I wear them for work consisting of standing and walking (events) after only having them for 6months they literally started falling apart.I contacted the seller who told me they had a 30 day return policy and as it was out of this time frame they wouldn’t do anything about it!I feel £140 is a substantial amount of money for something that’s barely lasted 6months and expected slightly more from this seller.I contacted ON directly who have admitted faulty product and have been so amazing, couldn’t have been more helpful and after sending a few photos they have sent me a new pair completely free inclusive of postage and in 4 days start to finish.Sometimes folks you are better off going direct I cannot believe the response I received from this seller and won’t be buying anything from them again!

Disappointing very small fit, would recommend getting half a size bigger if purchasing these shoes. Otherwise I have no complaints...
