This has been a great way for me to experiment with roasting. I recently bit the bullet and bought an SR540, which makes home roasting easy enough for me to never go back to pre-roast coffee. I’m still testing and learning so I appreciate having variety packs of quality beans to choose from.

I have roasted only the Huehuetenango, and it was excellent, so I expect the same from the other three coffees. This is a roasting nerd’s paradise: elevation, varietal, process, drying, harvest, export, all given on the front of each package of coffee. The elevations are most impressive. This package would make a great gift for the home roaster. A true five-star product, from manufacturer’s choice of coffee to marketing presentation to customer satisfaction!

Just roasted the Brazil Cerrado beans. Loved it! Can't wait to get to the other three beans.

I have been hand roasting a lot of different green coffee beans lately, but this was now at the top of my list. My cousin and I drank a half pound of the Guatemalan, dark roasted, in a moka pot, in a weekend. It was awesome.I usually post pictures but I guess we drank it too fast. Ooops.Now, off to look for this in a five pound bag.

I’ve been roasting my own coffee for a while now. I’ve gotten green beans from many of the online retail (highly rated) companies out there and the Colombian supreme and Ethiopian in this sample pack might have been the best tasting out of all of the others I’ve roasted. Both roasts came out even and there were very few defected beans. Only down fall is that I cannot purchase 5lbs of just one of those regions , need to buy the “sample pack”

No information yet, roasted 2 batches according to internet instructions and tasted with reasonable results. learning process, fun to do, interesting.

I had never roasted before, but being a coffee lover was excited to try it for myself. These beans were a gift along with a roaster for Christmas. My wife and I are very particular about how we like our coffee, and to our surprise and utter delight absolutely loved the smell flavor and taste of these roasted beans. I do need to refine my roasting skills, but we couldn't be happier. I have since purchased another 4lb. sampler and started roasting.It is fun to turn others onto some coffee from these beans. It's like watching someone eating ice cream for the first time. I will certainly be purchasing more beans from Martini on a regular basis.
