These worked perfect. Installed easy. I lubed the locks while they were out. * Side note. Another person talked about the locks not moving far enough. The rear ones function exactly like the factory. The front ones don't seem to move the little lever next to the inside door handle as far as the factory ones. BUT they move far enough to work perfectly. To Test while installation is not complete to check function..... The locks will not work properly with the door open, they will cycle and then unlock. That's correct. While your door is disassembled *if you want to check that everything functions *before you totally reassemble, you will need to use a screw driver and "trip the manual lock mechanism" manually "like the lock mechanism is engaging the latch when you shut a door" then you can test the electric lock function. Unlock, pull handle, opening the mechanism. Assemble door panel etc. Locks will work perfectly.

Decently engineered and manufactured as a value alternative to factory parts. I replaced the front driver's side and the rear passenger side lock motors and found them compatible with the picky Lexus electronics, fit well and functioned well. I sent my daughter off with all door locks again working well and spares for the other original locks as required - all for well under the cost of a single factory mechanism!

This four pack of Lexus lock actuators worked perfectly on my 1998 GS 300. There are a lot of videos out there showing you how to install them and if you just follow those videos it’s about 20 to 30 minutes per door. The few things that are super important to remember, is that when you are working on the front doors make sure that your battery is disconnected and your windows are up. You don’t want the automatic window roll to go in there and chop up your parts or mess up your hands. The other part that is super important is that once you do the front door locks you may still have some clicking going on when you lock and unlock your door using the remote. The trick to fixing that is using the key to unlock and unlock the door one time. Once you do that, the self adjustment seems to be over and those door lock actuators were great. I bought them because I was having intermittent failure of my door locks and it did not seem safe. I highly recommend.
