However, the aspect that I wanted from this PPE is it’s ability to protect me from an unseen enemy. How does one go about proving something like that in an objective way? Really, unless you have the equipment to test the apparel, the only way to accomplish this trust is through empirical evidence. We have faith in this item because of the myriad testimonies of others and our own experience. That can take a while. It’s not a quick assessment. So, for me personally, I’m relying on the experience of others, good time tested reviews, and qualitative observable experience.Seems rather subjective, right? Well, the only way a review on PPE like this means anything is to buy it, and test it over time for yourself - if you’re not happy with the concept of faith. And faith is not just a word in itself; it possesses elements; like knowledge, belief in that newly acquired knowledge, and finally “fiducia” - or trust - in your belief of this newfound knowledge.So, I’ve purchased the neck gaiter, the hat, and the matching gloves - just like thousands of fishermen and golfers and other outdoor enthusiasts who want to protect themselves from dangerous UV rays.
