Lovely Arbor for the Price
Lovely arbor for the price point. Easy to assemble. Do not weave the slates in and out of each other. They go straight across each row. Then do the opposite side straight across till done. One of the videos on here showed the lady doing the weaving technique and it creates waves in the lattice look. Not a good result.

Easy peasy assembly and good quality
This was very easy to put together! Even with my arthritis acting up, I was able to assemble the arch by myself (one statement in the directions said I would need two people for one part - I did not). I assembled it in my house, because it was really windy and cold outside. I used an electric drill to screw in the screws. The screws were much easier than I thought they would be based on the thickness of the vinyl poles, but even as weak as my hands can be, I had no trouble at all screwing in the screws. The rest just snaps together! I've got it temporarily set up without concrete, and it's windy! It's staying put without cement. The value for the money is excellent. I had no missing parts. The size is perfect, and it should last for years, as it's made of very durable material.

Provides a nice look to the yard. Some parts are flimsy and need care when assembling
The Pros: Serves the purpose. Gives a fresh updated look to the yard or a section of your garden. We replaced our old and dying wooden arbor with this one and it really did spruce up the look of the place! Very light, and easy to handle, even if you are doing this on your own. The Cons: The parts can bend out of shape easily if you are not careful while putting it together. Follow the instructions carefully! One side of the parts has identification numbers cut into them. The opposite face is the one that accepts the self-tapping screws. It is easy to make a mistake and insert the parts facing in the wrong position only to realize that you are driving a screw into the side that has a number cut into it! Not great if you want to put back your bird house on it. We feel it may not hold well over the long run. Regardless, once you get it done, it can be easily moved into location and buried in the dirt. It's been a few weeks since we installed it in and it was able to withstand over the normal winds we usually have in our area. So far so good for us, but I would definitely recommend securing it in place based on the instructions in the assembly manual.

Better in person
I was a bit hesitant to order this one given the price in case I couldn’t return it and due to concerns raised by some reviews. I live in an area with very strong wind so sturdiness is important to me. Anyway, I am so glad I took the chance - I ordered two as I figured worse scenario, I could use them as garden climbers if they were not as strong as I thought. Easy to assembly (only took me, a screwdriver, a soft-headed hammer, and about 25 minutes), durable and solid material resulting in a very strong assembled product, and GORGEOUS. I’ll be ordering two more once I set these up for another part of the garden. Note: the pictures reflect an assembled pergola but it’s not positioned where it will ultimately go. When not bolted or buried into the ground, it widens outwards so I used the two sides of my gate to keep the form and space that I eventually want. I’ll likely train roses or bougainvillea on them and add a seat to one of them for a shaded area to sit under once the vegetation grows over it.

Very happy with purchase.
True to the reviews/video I read. Was not difficult to put together. Directions easy to follow. I had this anchored directly in the ground, did not want a permanent installation in concrete. The very next day there were heavy winds in my area. Arbor did not even sway! Was surprised how well anchoring directly in ground worked. Am growing a native honeysuckle vine to climb this arbor. This was perfect to lead into a pathway I had started in my garden. Very attractive! Would recommend.

Such a beautiful arbor!
I actually have 2 of these, 1 in each of the back corners of my backyard. They are lovely. My brother installed the 1st one (after I assembled it) and immediately he said "You know you need another one for the other corner". When I saw this one on sale, I ordered it, assembled it by myself and installed it by myself (no mean feat because here in Tennessee we have SERIOUS clay. ) I have another one made by the same company that is 5 years old & have had NO trouble at all even though we had a serious freeze this last winter. This is a very well made product that will bring you many years of joy, and since there is no metal, it will not rust or cook your plants. Very well packed and not to heavy to lift or assemble. You will be glad that you bought this :)

Quality vs convenience...
First off, based on the dozens of product photos on this listing and every single customer photo, I assumed that i'd be getting a white arbor. Nope, the one I got is brown. I at least got all of the pieces unlike other reviewers. But everything was covered in tons of plastic dust and the item feels grimy. Made for quite the mess while assembling it in the living room. Especially since you have to drill your own holes. Even with the work of power tools, the final product is cheap and flimsy. I'm wondering if the weather will end up fading, cracking, or peeling this material. One wind storm and it will likely be torn down. The "ground stakes" are just square plastic extensions on the bottom, so that's confusing as well. Not very happy for the price, but for a COVID-19 wedding, I guess it goes with 2020 perfectly.
