Needs To be rewired
I bought this for a Freighliner Cascadia 2014 and the connections are different. It won’t turn left or right. I won’t turn the stop light nor the 4 wheel lights. It will turns on when the lights are turned on though. It needs to be rewired.

Grote 9130 TailLight
Great tail light for box trucks or trailers. It came with studs, washers, and nuts for mounting. Light bulbs are included with the assembly. Wire harness hookup is available on both sides of the light (so you can use it for a left or right brake-light and the harness will be on the correct side). I was very happy with this purchase and it was exactly what I needed.
