Q: The cover ripped off one of the ear pads on my Evolve 65 but the picture of this looks different than the existing cover. How did you put them on?

I have the evolve 65 also. It does look a little different. There is a outer flap on the new pad that you slip into the slot on the headphones. Honestly it is easier to install then it is to describe

Q: Would these work to replace the earpad for the jabra evolve 40 ms (amazon asin# b072c5qxcz)? i don't want a fourth failed attempt to replace them!

Don't know for sure as I have the evole 65 which it fits perfectly. Pictures I've seen of the 40 look the same. So my guess is it will work fine
