PS4 Hardware

The case arrived damaged on the corner so it was clearly dropped at some point, likely during delivery. Served me well for less than two months, then the power supply died. I just got a new power supply and it seems to be doing fine again. I'm very aggravated that this happened, and I'll now remember to get the warranties. But other than that, now with the replaced power supply, it seems to be fine.

The system I received works, it has scratches all over, which I understand for a refurb, but the packaging was ridiculous, just bubble wrap everywhere and they didn't bother to include the correct cable, it came with a rocket fish cable with an adapter to actually fit the controller and it only works when angled the right way. Overall, doesn't seem worth the small savings

Its very nice, and works better than the other one I had, So smooth and fast, games run smooth!

My PS4 did not come with a controller. That's really bogus!

System did not work and a full refund was given.

Amazon said it was supposed to include: playstation 4 Console, Dual Shock 4 Sontroller (2), HDMI Cable,Power Cable, Wired Mono Headset, USB Charging Cable.It had the console, 1 controller, power cable, and 1 charging cable for a PS3 controller. If I didn't own an extra HDMI cable and a micro USB cable I wouldn't have been able to play it.
