Shipping Orders are normally dispatched the next working day. Most deliveries are made by courier and require a signature. Please note if you refuse delivery and the order is returned to us not only will you have to pay delivery costs you will also have to pay for it to be returned to us. Returns only accepted if returned within seven days of delivery unused in original cellophane and with original invoice. Buyer will be liable for return postage charge. Packaging We take great care in our packaging to ensure your frames arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately due to the heavy handling of some of the courier drivers occasionally the glass can be broken. If this happens we will ensure the issue is resolved. Postage costs apply to Mainland England, Wales and certain areas of Scotland. Original postage and handling charges are not refundable. Please be aware the size you order is the size of the glass and not the overall width and height of the frame.
