Q: Where were they made?

Made in China and I have to say “poor quality and not very absorbent. Very disappointed.

Q: Are these lint-free or do they leave lint when drying?

Totally lint free! Even when you dry them in the dryer there’s not much lint.

Q: Hem is unraveling after only 2 washes?

Yes, this exact same thing happened to me, on both my original purchase and on the replacement I received when I returned the original purchase. The hem unraveled on at least one of my bath sheets, both times, in less than a month/2-3 washes. I have written my own review.
