This stuff is AWESOME!!!I used a clay bar and it scratched the crap out of the area/clear coat/ that I did a test on. I will not be using a CLAY bar anymore! Luckily I had this "Meguiar's Ultimate Compound - Pro-Grade Car Scratch Remover, Paint Correction Compound That Removes Defects While Adding Gloss and Shine, Single Stage and Clear Coat Scratch Remove" and it worked AWESOME at getting rid of what the clay bar did!!!10 STARS!!!

Amazing stuff! I developed what looked like a fairly deep scratch about 4 inches long that was half on the body of my car and half on the tail light. When I initially applied the stuff and rubbed it off, what was left was a white line, which was no worse than what I was expecting. However, I repeated the application several times, and each time the scratch seemed to grow shorter and less conspicuous. I continued with the application and rub-off several times. Eventually the scratch on both the body of my car and the tail light seemed to disappear entirely. It took about two more applications for the tail light than for the body. The attached image shows just how invisible that scratch has become. I didn't take a "before" picture because I didn't expect the product to work even a little. I was expecting to return it for a refund, but it worked so well that we then used it on another scratch on another vehicle and got the same results. I don't know how durable this stuff will be, but it was so easy to apply that I will happily re-apply it when the time comes. Ease of application:Easy enough even for me. I rubbed the stuff on with a cloth that one one side was microfiber and on the other more like a chamois. Immediately after applying the compound, I rubbed it off with the chamois side of the cloth. To my great surprise, it worked! Effectiveness:As you can see in the attached photo, the scratch is not visible anymore. Not even a little. My guess is that the scratch was shallower than it looked (thankfully), but this stuff worked even on the plastic of my rear light.

I backed into the base of a light post and scratched my bumper pretty badly. I tried WD-40 first and it helped a little bit. I decided to try this product. I applied it with their namebrand pads. The scratches were so deep, that it didn’t do get all of them. But, it did help. It made the finish super shiny 👍🏼 I think it would work great on smaller, more shallow scratches.

I used this product on two vehicles, one was a 2012, color Crystal Red Metallic and on a 2024, color Atomic Silver. On the 2012 I had an area about the size of a quarter that looked like it was clouding. After one application the area cleaned up perfectly just like brand new. On the 2024, there was a scratch in the clearcoat on the back tailgate. The scratch was about 5 inches in length. It took about 6 gentle applications and the scratch disappeared. After waxing both areas the results were outstanding. I’d say be gentle and patient. I highly recommend this product.

Exceptional polishing compound! Great at removing scratches and bringing back a great shine! Easy to use and apply. Great product!

First, this is excellent value for money and purpose. I applied it by hand to the weathered finish and my 1953 Chevy pick up. It brought back a shine to the paint. It did require a fair amount of rubbing out, but this was more function of how bad the pain was weathered. It’s very important to make sure that you have removed any dirt or old wax for this to be the most effective. There are more expensive products on the market, which I have not used, but this did what I expected.

A long time ago, I used 3M buffing compound and it worked excellent, but I can't find it anymore. This one has decent reviews so I gave it a try.I tried buffing some light scratches out by hand with this compound. They became a little less noticable but you can still see them. Maybe it'll work better with a power buffer, but I don't have one right now.

Worked for me! I recently scratched my car door , not much, it didn’t go through the clear coat, but was certainly visible. I used this product twice and I can’t see the scratches anymore. I used foam pads to apply it and I rubbed it by hand in different directions, as they show on YouTube. The scratches are gone! I am super happy. Highly recommended.
