Q: Does the natural flavor have stevia?

The natural flavor does and I hate stevia, A LOT. I make it with a banana and 1 cup of water. Then I don't taste the stevia at all!

Q: Is it as sweet tasting as the others? Really wanting a non sweet product from them.

You may want to try the Vega One All-in-One Nutritional Shake "Natural" Flavor. No added flavoring - Still good but not the over the top sweetness

I am having the same issue. I want a protein powered without any sweetener and it feels impossible to find. Everything has Stevia or Sucralose (Splenda)

Q: I bought this all in one nutritional shake but was sent all in one shake! are they the same product or different?

The "nutritional" shake version I bought last year has 20 mg. of sodium. The new version this year, All in One they supply has 240 MG.!!! Quite a difference. I am sending the new one back. I understand their discussion about change in suppliers, but to me that sodium difference is way too much.
