This heating pad is awesome! It warms up super fast, and I love that I can use it with or without moisture. The material feels soft against my skin, and the size is just right for wrapping around my shoulders or placing on my back. Plus, it works great with 220 volts, which is perfect for where I live. It's become a must-have for chilly evenings or soothing sore muscles after a long day. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable heating pad!

This heating pad works well, in our case at 220V and 50 Hz instead of North American standard 110V 60Hz. The heat output is consistent and reliable, at 3 different settings. The small size (30x40xm) is especially useful for focused areas instead of a large heat pad which overheats in general. This is focused for a smaller area where the heat is needed. The only negative-ish point is that it shuts automatically in 3 hours, whereas it would be useful to have a disable alternative so it stays on at a lower temperature until manually shut off. That is, all night. I had to wake up and re-set twice during the night to keep the heat on my shoulder. But this is a small negative and for many people it is probably preferential in general for a specific treatment period, or to fall asleep nd then shut-off automatically while you sleep. Very good heating pad all-around.

Took this heating pad to Europe. It worked for 3 days only & then would not heat up. Very disappointed.

I took this with me to Italy and used it every night after long days of walking and activities. Really felt great on my back. Glad I took it with me from the U.S. because it’s very difficult to find a heating pad in Italy. Plus this had the 2 pin C plug you need in Italy. I definitely recommend taking this when traveling overseas especially if you are used to using a heating pad at home in the U.S.

We were traveling to work overseas where there was 220V power, and had used a similar product with great success in the US so thought getting a 220-240V version would be handy. But on getting to location and plugging it in it simply failed to work. The orange on/off light on each setting came on for the briefest period then went off instantly. No change in temperature was registered on the pad at all. Very disappointing. Also frustrating as we are away to long to easily return within the time frame. It is a pretty cheap looking unit overall so we probably just got a defective unit. Disappointment for something at this price point.
