I feel very anxious when I take these. Even at half dose. I have taken a couple other brands that didn’t do that, so I’ll be continuing my search for the right one for me.Too bad you can’t get samples!!! Lol !!!

I take 2 of these 30 minutes before going out for my morning walk. I have lots of energy that lasts throughout the day. No crashing. No negative effects or interactions with my other supplements. I intermittent fast using the 16:8 method and sometimes one meal a day. And I am on a keto diet. Prior to taking these supplements, a lot of brain fog and tiredness due to the change in eating patterns and following a low carb diet. These supplements include B vitamins that are needed when eating low carb. I will purchase again!
