Necessety for Matcha Tea
You want matcha? Do it right. I bought a milk frother and it died on me. This will keep for at least 3 years if I take good care of it. Soak in a cup of water for a few minutes before use to prevent the bamboo from being too stiff and breaking. I rinse with hot water after every use (no soap) and set it to dry on a whisk rest i bought specifically made for chasen.

Bristles all breaking and all nice shape gone after only 3 times used!
