Pbs (phosphate buffered saline),100 ml tablets phosphate buffered saline tablets have been specifically developed for use in immunoassay procedures. Reconstitution: one tablet dissolved in 100 ml of deionized water yields 1 x pbs buffer. The final 1x solution contains: 2.7 mm potassium chloride, 137 mm sodium chloride and 10 mm phosphate buffer, ph: 7.3-7.5 at 25 °c ( 1 tablet in 100ml water).
