High Quality Supplement
Excellent product. I have been researching supplements and read about the importance of Vitamin D3, K2 (M-7), and Magnesium for the absorption of calcium and bone health, especially for women. This supplement has all three of these, in addition to the calcium (1000mg/serving) and a good dose of C and Zinc. As I am taking other supplements, mainly to raise my very low levels of Vitamin D3, I only take two of these capsules, instead of the recommended dose of four. I like the MRM brand because the calcium is vegan, from algae, not from limestone or ground Bovine bones, like in some other supplements! You really do have to research where your supplement ingredients come from! Some sources have shocked me. MRM also sources their Vitamin D3 from mushrooms, so this too is vegan (found the source on their website). So I would highly recommend this product.

Hidden Gem in Supplement World
This is a wonderful product that I learned about earlier this year from the book "prescriptions for nutritional healing". It was great to know that there are good sources of bone health supplements that didn't come from artificial sources. The other thing I like about the product is that has a number of balancing elements to help obtain proper absorption - not just a single stand alone vitamin. It's just awesome, based on science. Expensive, but worth it. Should help with mood and strengthening bones.

Delivery to my door!
Glad to find vitamin D on amazon. I like knowing that it is vegan and does not upset my stomach. First time to try it. The next exam will let me know if I am still lacking Vitamin D. (Much later I wrote the following.) Normally I analyze ingredients very carefully. It has been several months taking the Calcium with Vitamin D. However, I noticed that it has "filler" material of maltodextrin (a sugar) unmodified starch (another sugar) and sucrose (a pretend sugar chemically made). Sugars of all sorts have been eliminated from my diet. Even tiny amounts are suspect to me. Why is sugar added to a pill that I simply swallow. I don't care what it tastes like. I just want to have healthy bones! Eliminate the "fillers" and I might use it.... but this is the last bottle.

Like! I have used this product and referred to friends a few years now. Hopefully the quality is better each time so I can keep buying it.

BEST COST-EFFECTIVE VEGAN, BUT SUCROSE
Almost the BEST MOST COST-EFFECTIVE VEGAN Calcium Formula I could find...Only DISLIKE SUCROSE additive is the reason I am still keeping my eyes open for another one.

Positive results with one small drawback
I bought this with the intent to see if it would help with my sensitive teeth problems. I've read about how Vitamin D and K2 can help with teeth issues and I can honestly say that I definitely noticed a difference with this supplement. I should note that I started taking Deva DHA and vitamin B12 at the exact same time as this supplement so who knows if those are potential confounding factors. I don't believe they are though. The only criticism that I can think of is that I wish the manufactures of this product provided me with more information. I emailed them some questions and although they responded to every inquiry I had I feel like they could have given me more in depth answers. The calcium and the D3 in this product are sourced from different companies and I feel like they could have done a better job at answering my questions too (and no I don't think my standards are unreasonably high). I'm referring to VitaShine and Bone Optima I feel like these days you can never truly know what is in a supplement unless you have solid proof. However, I am still pleased given my positive results, But I am displeased b/c I still feel like I don't truly know what is in this product and how the nutrient in it were processed/extracted... If anyone wants to help me out feel free to leave a comment.

Great potential, but the form of magnesium, in particular, is a huge blunder
This is a good product with high potential, but has a couple shortcomings. The strengths of this supplement make me want to really love this product, but one of the issues is a major enough one I am not sure I would buy it again. pros no magnesium stearate! many high quality, well-rounded profiles of minerals and vitamins key to bone health and mobility, as well as general health, most of the additions seem well-thought-out. vegan fair-priced cons: Most notably is the addition of magnesium aspartate, which is not a desirable form of magnesium whatsoever. With many high quality vegan types of magnesium, some quite inexpensive and highly absorbable (like magnesium citrate), this is a pretty big blunder in my mind, and is the thing that kind of is looking like a deal breaker for me buying it again, which is unfortunate, as otherwise this seems a great pick at a decent price. However, this form of magnesium can be detrimental to health, especially to those that seem to be most susceptible to low magnesium levels, and at best is counter-productive as a magnesium supplement. The second unfortunate issue is that the majority of the K comes in the form of K1, not K2, though at least it contains some of the desirable form, which is a start, I suppose. I have contacted MRM suggesting they reformulate and at least amend these two issues, especially the magnesium. other thoughts: Sucrose seems a silly additive to be in here, but for now I will leave it as a questionable ingredient. I am uncertain what the food starch is exactly, so I reserve judgement till I have had time to parlay with MRM regarding this ingredient and what it is more specifically. The capsules are a bit on the large size, though they don't stick in my throat at all, so not a big deal for me. Not a con for me, but may be for others.
